After a painful divorce and a string of personal setbacks, I found myself completely overwhelmed, drowning in anxiety, and barely holding it together. I woke up every morning dreading the day ahead and went to bed with racing thoughts that made sleep almost impossible.
The mental exhaustion from constant worry was crushing.
