Andrea didn’t just study anxiety. She lived it.


She knows what it feels like to wake up already overwhelmed. To function on the outside while feeling like your nervous system is working against you on the inside. To want a different life, but not know how to interrupt the patterns keeping you stuck.


And she also knows what it feels like to come out the other side.

Chan brings the other side of the story.


He has spent years loving and supporting people with anxiety. He understands the helplessness of watching someone you care about suffer and not knowing how to reach them. He has seen how anxiety affects relationships, families, communication, confidence, and everyday life.


Together, we built How Good It Can Get™ from both perspectives: the one who lived it and the one who stood beside it.


That combination matters.


Because anxiety does not just need more information. Most people already know what they “should” do. They have read the books, saved the posts, tried the apps, repeated the affirmations, and still found themselves back in the same loop.
