A few years ago, after a devastating divorce and a series of personal setbacks, I hit rock bottom.
I was overwhelmed by anxiety and didn’t see a way out. It felt constant, unpredictable, and impossible to control. Like so many people, I tried therapy and different approaches but nothing fully addressed what I was experiencing.
At the time, I didn’t have the language for it.
Now I do.
What I was experiencing was a pattern.
During a period of deep reflection, a single question changed everything:
How can I be happy?
That question led me down a path of exploration; meditation, awareness practices, and tools that began to shift how I experienced my thoughts, emotions, and nervous system.
But something stood out.
It wasn’t just the tools themselves…
It was how they interrupted what I now understand as an anxiety loop.
Over time, I began to recognize something important:
Anxiety wasn’t random.
It followed a sequence.
A subtle signal…
A shift in attention…
An escalation in the body…
A loop that reinforced itself.
And more importantly:
That loop could be interrupted.
This realization became the foundation for what would eventually become the Clarity Protocol™; a structured system for identifying and interrupting anxiety patterns at the earliest point of activation
The transformation I experienced was life-changing.
But I couldn’t ignore one question:
What if someone didn’t have to spend years figuring this out?
What if there was a way to recognize the pattern early…
and interrupt it in real time?
That question became the mission behind How Good It Can Get.
